Let's Arrest Patricia Vance for conspiring to distribute material harmful to minors.

Rather a strong claim, considering that the Harvard study only had concerns about the accuracy of content descriptors, not the ratings themselves. Hardly fraud. If that's the definition of fraud, then JT is committing fraud on a daily basis...

Shouldn't it be phony labels? Phony ratings and descriptors implies the descriptors or ratings present are false. Lack of a descriptor is not being phony, it's being inaccurate. (props to beacon80 for pointing that out)
